Creating Fire Animation

How can i create my own fire animation... and add it to the ra2 game... :)
Can somebody help me pls.... :D and i also need some help on creating my own cameo :rolleyes:

About a firing animation...welll im not quite getting what u mean....u mean how the soildier fires...what comes out of the soldier gun...how the projectile looks...?
