Dont have the Officers Club kit? A bit annoyed that you had to live half way across the world to get it? Think that you got a bum deal just for living outside the USA? Hehe, never mind coz good old DZ has stuck up a tutorial that gives you that custom flag on your Command Center anyways. If you grab the fold-out charts from the FTP site, you almost have the full thing :D

Its in PDF too, even has the marks so you know where you need print set to and where you crop the fill areas.

Hehe, those with the Officers Club got kinda conned anyways - when the China or GLA Command Center is damaged, the Officers Club flag vanishes - they forgot to put the relevant animations in :D

I think its intentional, it would have been tricky to find somewhere to put them in the damaged state, but it does look kinda goofy when your n00b is bragging about having the flag then one minute later its gone :D

I have a minor problem:

I have edited the FactionBuilding.INI file and I have entered that into INI.big with complete success. However, I have edited the officerclubflag.dds file but, after leaving my computer for around an hour, it still hasnt finished 'integrating' the file into Textures.big. So, is there another way in which I can have Generals recognise the changes??

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

Put your INI file into Data\INI\Object and your DDS file into Art\Textures rather than into the BIG files.

ok i got the flag to work and skinned the flag

now everytime i try to replace the standard flag with the new one it takes for ever to save the file in (texture.big)

is that what ip supposed to do?
