I've seen posts of the POW trucks everywhere and being confused so what did the POW trucks actually do?

im creating a stun grenade that can be thrown by the Ranger, SAS Troop or Iraqi Republican guard that will make infantry freeze. By then driving over the paralysed infantry with ur POW truck, you can load them up and drive them back to your Detention Camp/POW Camp/Execution Center for money.
