Typically it includes getting the AI to build an mcv and deploy it somewhere when its construction yard is gone. That part will be handled by the AITriggerTypes. The rest will be handled by TaskForces (a single MCV), a ScriptType (which contains one command or more; deploy, keep trying until success), a TeamType (to bind the two together), and an AITriggerType to activate the TeamType based on the conditions (a missing Construction Yard).
