Oh heres a previous incarnation of what i was doing. But then i saw it ingame and realised it was trekish so i immediatly got rid.
But one thing which is pissing me off is that big black box behind the UI. It not part of the UI itself, i believe its the size of the playing field, so essentially im not getting 800*600 of a playing field. What i would like is to get rid of the black box then i can have a more translucent UI
But ive had a look around in the inis and cant see anything straight offhand any mention to it. But alas im thick so there ya go. What i need it to b is either gone or almost gone you know like when you press the minimise taskbar button you get a full playing field view, no black box. I would like it like that, does anyone have any ideas how to do that , dee, anyone ???
Ive came to the conclusion that it cant be anything to do with the UI itself, at first i thought it was for the buttons, but since some buttons are above the box and are clickable then it cant be. What is it for ? Why have they restricted playing field view ?
