Sorry for my stupid question but i checked all the ini's in INI.big and i can't seem to find the file which contains the parameters to choose how much a unit or building costs, when you can buy it, which side is it on, it's, and stuff...

it used to be one of the biggests parts of the rules.ini in previous versions, but where can i find these properties now? I want to low down the armor of some units and buildings and change some costs.

Another thing i can't find are the charging times of superweapons, i want to change some!
