Ok that quite easy. Let have the BlimpBombP projectile have Parachuted=yes entry .
if u don't want to modify BlimpBomb then copy the following codes to Rule.ini/Rulesmd.ini

Burst=1
ROF=50
Range=1.5
CellRangefinding=yes
Projectile=BlimpBombXP
Speed=10 ;was 20
Warhead=BlimpHE

Parachuted=yes
Now give ur aircraft the Primary=BlimpBombX . u can set the range of BlimpBombX weapon quite longer so that it starts bombing b4 get too much closer (seems inaccurate effect) .thats all
