Mod Project.
I am planning on making a mod for Yuri's Revenge that adds new countries/sides to the game. But i'm not sure what to use to make animations, graphics, audio, etc. I know Deezire is the best ModMaker for C&C games there is. So if someone could help me, Deezire, or anyone please post here.
