Why can't you add new sides to Yuri's Revenge? Westwood made an expansion that added a new side to Red Alert 2(Yuri). Do you need to know how to program hex or know the gaming code or something?

I have messed around with the INI files a lot, I am familar with most of what can be found in rules.INI and rulesmd.INI.

I know how to work everything pretty well; buldings, infantry, vehicles, superweapons.

I am still learning though. I wish I could chat with someone, message boards aren't fast enough, I have questions.
