I havnt done much modding for about a year, but maby you should put suicide=yes on the mine's weapon? And maby make it crushable (maby it is and i didnt notice) at least then if something ran right oner it, it would blow up, and have you tried force firing to blow it up? i had a problem with a parabomb where it wouldnt blow up even if i fired on it (i had to make a map with it for that to work)(in other words your weapon/WH didnt work if that happens) :/
