I tried making my own building, with copy and paste. And it turned out that I need a little help

Well, first there is a shadow, which i didn't make? And then the shadow is ahed of the animation and the whole animation isn't shown!

Now, how can I fix this? And what size must the picture be if I want to make a 1x1 building, this is a 2x2 altough I haven't used all space
