Total Destruction is a modification for Yuri's Revenge that enhances the original game in as much aspects as possible, in order to provide more room for actual strategies and variety, and not just stupid rushes; therefore it includes things like subterranean units, naval base-defenses, advanced urban combat, advanced tank-bunkering, soviet airforces, allied submarines, etc, etc...simply more of everything...
