For the U.S. here's an idea. When they capture it they can use the military's anti-ICBM plane. It's real and being developed by using a laser system engineering it into an old 747. When news of a missle coming, theoretically it's supposed to lift off and go shoot it down before it can cause any damage. In the game it could be used to defend against the Chinese Nuke or the GLA Scud Storm of course you would have to probably modify the nuke and scud storm.
