try copying the code from the Allied Destroyer..since the concept is the same..the RA1 Helicarrier has the same concept as the Aircraft Carrier..but the difference is..the RA1 Helicarrier does not spawn units for use in its assault..you must fill the Helicarrier with attack choppers..and it is the concept that has been used..
