FA2 doesnt read Ecahce files. Go to
my site for an explanation, and a tutorial on how to add buildings to FA2, so they are visible (this will happen only on maps though, FA2 doesnt recon new buildings added by mods, it shows clones of the original building list instead, it seems building list is somewhat hardcoded into the editor itself, so any new building you add is considered as a clone of the list)
