Faking is the only way you have;
Set everything back to standard, then change the owners on the MCVs so Korea gets a Yuri one, and replace the loading screens & the flag by Yuri-style ones; Korea will still have an Allied menu and Allied EVA-voices, but that's as close as you can get...at best, you just alter your Storyline to fit it, like "Korea was originally an Allied country, but they joined Yuri after ..."
And since not even Special and Civil work, you can forget GDI and Nod as well...
