I know at one time there was a plan to have 'infrared goggles' for the beta infantry. My question is related to that.

Does this mean it's still possible to grant stealth detection through an upgrade? And if so, how many other limitations do upgrades have? Can almost anything be enhanced by doing a TriggeredBy = Upgrade command?

(besides obvious things like weapon, armor, stealth, locomotor, etc.)
