You'd need a ROF of 1 to make it actually look like an IC, but if the unit is hit by a weapon that can destroys it with a single blow... well, than your IC isn't realistic since it does destory the IC'd unit with one hit.
BTW, is that lower left unit of the last image a Centurion Siege Crawler from the Concept Art? Me loves the Centurion Siege Crawler from the Concept Art!
