check out the TypeOf = blah blah blah for infantry and if there is something like Is_Garrisonable then put that in ur tank, but then it will go in normal buildings too, and i think turrets dont work in buildings. whichever way it faced when it entered is where it faces when it's in the building, and it wont turn, at least with my experience....
