no, the game engine parses things weird...
I know when i was trying to make new firestorm missiles, as well as a new firestorm, unless the firestorm creation weapon was declared before the firestorm missiles themselves, the game wouldnt create a firestorm.
the parsing is weird... it links things within files before parsing the whole file it seems.
