I don't know for sure but I would say yes just create something with a chaos gas weapon which only fires when the target is really close ie. onto of it, use the tag Isfirestormwall=Yes (I think) you can walk over it and getting it to act as a wall (builds the sections inbetween the posts) is also very easy to do so basically we're talking a wall with a short range weapon which can be walk over. Short answer Yes.
