go into the OCL.ini and look for what effect the nuke produces, then look for it in one of the FX.inis, change the rgb values to change the colour, the minimum is 0 the maximum is 255, mix them around to create different colours and shades. That way you can make your black napalm black, instead of blue, you can change the colour of the nuke, infact you can change the colour of any of the particleFXs. For the Warhammer 40k only war mod, there is a better way to make the rail gun for the tau, which is more like it is described in the codex, pm me and ill tell you all about it.
