For Jasc Paint Shop Pro you need to go File / Preferences / File Locations / Plugin Filters and then you need to tell it where the unzipped folder of dxt_tools.zip is, for example C:\dxt_tools\DXT_TOOLS

I got that one thanks, so how can I make use of this plug-in now? I can't locate the plug-in for that one
