how can I make the flashbang have it's prerequisite to upgrade the Ranger, I mean, I want it to require the Detention Center before you can upgrade it. I did change the CommandSet and placed the controlbar upgrade to the Detention Center, but the Rangers attacked my Rebels with Flashbangs and when I went to their base, they didn't even build the Detention Center, how can I do this? Is this somehow AI related? Thanks!
