the problem is ra2 uses JASC palletes by default, Adobe wont read this palletes correctly, it will give you the message "The palette you selected is not a Microsoft palette"..so he need some Adobe PS palettes..and i gave him the link for it.

ummm...no. RA2 uses it's own kind of palette, XCC Mixer allows you to convert that type of palette to the JASC type. For Photoshop you either have to download the palettes from PIXLEOPS or extract the palettes from images.
