6.Pretty much ANY weapon in the game has been used against civilians, suicide planes were used in World war 2 against the japanese, you wouldnt complain if somebody was making a ww2 mod with them in would you?
In conclusion.... if you start saying "you cant use this and this and this" you are gonna end up with a very boring game, where people hit each other with sticks or something.
Just because 2 years ago (bad timing by you guys to decide to do this btw) you got attacked on your home soil for the first time in generations, (pretty much since pearl harbour actually..... ) you have to realise.... this is a GAME
it is based on reality though.... and the terrorists, to be in character, have to use underhand, and downright nasty tactics... otherwise you might as well just make them another tank army (oops... didnt EA already do that when they cut the scorpion build time in half?) ...
I'm afraid this game has already survived so much in the way of political correctness bullshit..... I dont see how 1 guy posting here expects to make them scrap all the work they have done?
Now dont take me to be a heartless bastard, I was shocked, and AFRAID on september 11th.... I really thought it would be the end for us all.... and I cried seeing the footage of people leaping to their deaths....
but this is just a hijacked Civilian airliner being used as a WEAPON... which was the basis plot of MANY films made WAY before september 11th...
the fact is, its a VIABLE idea.... and you are VERY lucky they didnt somehow have some chemical weapons on those planes.... otherwise the effects of those attacks.... well it wouldnt just be emotions still affecting you....

1.HAVE THIS IN YOUR MOD, but dont have it when it could so easily just be a missile.... have it as a plane... called in from the side like the a10s are.... then it can be shot down or whatever

and im also agreed with you that it is a controversial weapon still for games to employ..... but here it is not being used for shock value.... its being used for tactical, graphical, and enjoyment purposes ONLY.

One of the free-est and most honest and true aspects of our time is FREE modification..... hobbyists true to form....
So dont beat on them for what they are doing, they are doing something very helpfull, and worthwhile for the community.
