Actually, it's not
that illogical...think of the NATO for example...a military organization with troops of several countries...yet every country still has it's own independant troops, and may also be in other military pacts. Also in TibDawn, the UN was still existing...so if his mod is playing early enough, it totally makes sense to have the allies there...
And in the end, he already said it's just for his own fun...so fuck the logic...
