During WW2, Germany was once allies, but backstabbed the soviets. This caused the Soviets to join the allies. Therefore, Germany was now fighting a war on two (soon to be three) fronts. What an idiot. On top of that, during Hitler's invasion of Russia, germany lost about 110 army divisions! (ouch!) Partly due to the intense cold, which Russia's army was well prepared. Once again, what an idiot.
