Sorry not sure where this belongs. (not good for a mod really is it. :lol: )

I have noticed that the emperor tank has the icon for the propagander tower bit it isn't illuminated like it is when you buy an upgarde for it, it's dull and grey like an inactive upgrade. Why does it show if you can't get a propagander upgrade, is it a bug in the .inis as the subliminal messaging upgrade doesn't effect the emperor tank either.
