Well, it all depends on what you want it to lat into (probably clear grass). You need to make tiles that are part your tile and part the normal tile. Have a look at the sets already in the game. It is easy to add this sort of thing ito the game, but unfortunately you would have to do the latted edges yourself since the editor and game won't use more than the lats that are already used. You could use it as it is in say Urban or NewUrban where you have ground tile sets that don't lat into another set. The Urban Dirt tileset does that.
