Umm, you can switch them out so that either terrorists or rpg guys ride the bikes.... Or did you want them to be random as buildable like the technical designs are? In the normal way all you have to do is build the bike then either terrorist or rpg dude, then bring the bike over to the barracks and have the guy go on the bike like you would enter a vehicle or a building. The terrorist or rpg trooper will get on the bike and the rebel will get off. It's just a pity this only works with GLA units..... Would've been cool/amusing to see China infantry or US infantry on the bikes. Still, I find the Jarmen Kell on dirt bike to be the best out of the infantry\bike combos.
