I have one LAST CSF problem

You know when you upgrade a unit, and in the top left part of the screen, it says
Upgrade Complete: And whatever upgrade you just bought.
Well, what line is it in the CSF Editor, and also, where is that line in the commandbutton.INI?
Sorry for me being so annoying, but I need to know this.
