Pretty sure what you want is in Upgrade.ini, I'm pretty sure that's where it gets it's "Upgrade Complete: Whateva" from.

The .csf entries are all UPGRADE:Whateva and whatnot.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, I'm too lazy to go double check.
