I did get it to work better. All I did was alter the special power associated with the silo to use the chinese missile rather than the american one. The missile will still turn to head for the target before it goes off screen, but it does take off pointing the right way, and it does hit the target the right way as well. The only downside is that you get the notation 'Nuclear Missile' on screen, instead of the original 'ICBM', apart from that everything else is the same (including launch warning voices). Oh, and your missile is greenish with a red star on it as well
