Well, look through the file and see whether there's a name that could describe the pic you're after. And otherwise, extract the pic and open it with anything better than paint (since that can't open TGA). Then just hover the mouse over the top left corner of the desired pic and note the coordinates. Then go back to the image's INI file and search for those same coordinates. Simple.
