When you beat General Leang, you get absolutely nothing, except a medal which states that you have completed a full General's Challenge (if you beat the challenge on hard, yu get a gold medal, like me, lol). Being able to choose her in skirmish would have been cool, but really unbalanced though.
But With some lines in the INI's, you can enable her!
Nothing is wrong with General Leang, try re-installing the game or something.
