Yeah, 1.000 and 1.001 for YR are like two completely different games when it comes to the INI files. I think that it has to do with the tags and logic they the disabled for some reason, all the bug fixes they did. I've tried a couple mods made for 1.001 on 1.000, they just didn't work.
