Here are some other command line parameters:

-noshellmap / removes the animated background of the menu in Generals
-nologo / removes the small movies showing the EA logo and the game's intro
-particleEdit / calls the Particle Editor (use -win at the same time to see the Particle Editor)
-scriptDebug / calls the WorldBuilder Script Debugger (use -win at the same time to see the Debugger Window)

The -particleEdit and the -scriptDebug command require two .dll files to be in the directory of Generals.
These .dlls are "ParticleEditor.dll" and "DebugWindow.dll". I can mail them to you if you need them.
