I assume you are intending to have an ingame screenshot of a map. As such, the video only needs to have that shot as a single frame - thus keeping the fileesize of the video small. For that you would just use a cropped screen capture.

If you are planning on having some actual video footage then you'd have to look into the game's recording system (don't ask me about that cos I know nothing about it).
Or use handheld pointed at the screen but the quality in that case would be poor. If you have and know how to use digital video output direct from the computer then that would work well.

As for tutorials, not sure. I've seen one or two around but as for where I can't recall. Just use a search engine to try and find appropriate sites - that's all I'd be doing if trying to find out for you. I know you'll need RAD video tools which can be downloaded from DeeZire's download section.
