I doubt there will be a second expansion. And after Battle for Middle Earth (Deez, do you have any info on the moddability of that? Considering it also runs on the Sage engine...) they'll probably do a RA3 first. Just look at all of Harvards interviews, time and time again he mentions he just loves the Ra2 universe.
