There is an ongoing project, over at Sleipnir's Stuff ( http:/www.sleipnirstuff.com/forum/ ). Just West is running the mod, and they have quite a few good modelers on the team (Weeraby2k, SoulReaver, etc.) The mod is moving slowly, but it's still there.
