Try to change the unit's weapon with another one, like :
Primary=120mm
ElitePrimary=120mmE
Secondary=HoverMissile
EliteSecondary=HoverMissileE

Usually the game crashes when a unit must exit from a factory and the weapon ( or weapons ) have a "bug".
(I think sometimes is the weapon's name ! and the rest is OK, try to rename it ! )
