you're fighting symptoms, but fail to see the real reason.
Not EA but WE all are to blame that there is little coherence in the C&C community.
Having all the needed tools will not change this unidirectional attitude of most young modders ("give me, give me!!"). Most people get blinded by "fame" and stare them blind over copyrights.
It isn't even funny anymore when you see 15 year old kids organize themselves into a wanna_be_big bogus organisations, with a president, vice president, etc... but fail in the most basic form of cooperation and communication...
To come back on the "missing modding support". I fail to see what is actually missing. :tard: Amen!
As far me concerns , you can do about anything the engine allows you to do... and if by any chance there is something missing, you can be sure some gifted people like deezire, Koen or the guys at GenDEV will write something to fill the gap.
The only real tool that is missing is a positive attitude!!!
