When making a portfolio you should ask yourselves a few questions first :

-what area of CGI you plane to work in?
-Because most game studios are build up like chain factories, you need to target a specific job.
Do you want a job as modeller?
character rigger?
unwrapper/skinner?
animator?
prop builder?

Just putting a bunch of renderings together will not be enough to make you stand out against other competitors.
You need to show off specific skills and then have a bit of luck that such a job opening presents itself at the right time and moment.

If I may be honest, from a professional point of view, your work is below average.
I don't underestimate the work you've done so far, but you need to learn more about lighting and texturing, cinematic and camera handling.
I can spot the procedural noise material with my eyes almost closed.
These type of things are big bummers when the talent scout gets your portfolio in his hands.

I suggest you surf a bit on the CGITALK forums ( http://www.cgtalk.com/ ) and visit the gallery or go look some excellent work at www.Raph.com ...
