Yeah, the burst=10 does have an effect, it's basically what makes the plane fire more than one shot, i know because i originally had it set to burst=5 and it didn't fire as long as with 10, so there's your answer.

BTW, i'll put the link for a rather awesome DBZ/HL mod in this post - check it out!!
