Thanks guys I found someone whos willing to help create the mod with me.
What the mod(s) will have the folowing:

ICBM for all USA generals
TomaHawk Storm for the Super weapon General (Alexis)

2nd mod might have what is listed above but with these changes

ICBM/Chinese Nuke will only be available when you are a level 5 general and they will be very expensive "game enders" They will have a huge blast(the nuke explosion will be much much larger) and there destruction radius will be huge (virtually eleminates everything on one side of the map, they will be like real nukes) The Chinese nuke and American ICBM will have slightly diffrent damage values though.

If anyone has any suggestions please post them here.
