Goal :

Give the Solenoid an EMP weap that temporary freeze a vehicle (added to the Tesla Warhead).

Why :

To keep opponent's vehicle within line of defense.

Prob :

1) Make a temporary Paralysis warhead.
2) Apply damage to it.

Is there any leftover EMP logic you can invoke?
