Default Model Animations

I made a model in Milkshape 3d, animated it in MS3d and then exported it in *.smd format. I then imported it into Gmax, and then animation was playing normaly. Then i exported it using renegade tools, and it exported normaly. I made two versions:
1. Exported just the skeleton, then the model, and the pure animation
2. Exported the skeleton, and then the animated model.

I used the w3d viewer, which comes with the renegade tools, to check the model. I open all three/two files and the bones were rotating, but the model was still.

What could be the problem here?
