The program searches for the things related to Mobile, i.e. locomotor entries.
For structures, it looks for kindofs and possibly production updates.
Once the keywords have been found, they are passed through a filter which validates the code, then the code is "simulated" to test if it works (this is done with a new class) and then the code can be presented to the user.
