second, it would be a "prequel" not a "triquel". im pretty sure triquel isnt a word.
I think you should try cause i like the idea of more tiberian stuff. i cant help. make it for generals.

EDIT: although, dont just make the mod in your head. it happens a lot. People get an idea, get all hyped up, ask for staff, then abandon the project out of bordom. making a mod is just that: a lot of MAKING. with that in mind though, best of luck.
